I bought the nomad modern leather case for my iPhone 16 Pro, I have to say this is a high quality case, the leather feels really nice! The sides offer nice protection and has a nice feel to it overall. The buttons are nice and “clicky”. My only gripe about this case is the camera control cutout, I wish they had opted for a capacitive button that covers the camera control to give the case a more flush finish, but that isn’t unique to Nomad so I guess its fine. But the camera control button has made finding a good case for this phone such a pain in the ass lol. Overall a really good, premium feeling case! Definitely recommend. I’ll have to circle back and give an update to see how the case ages!

I've used the Nomad Air Pods case for years. It looks great and works flawlessly. I only wish they'd make a case for the iPad Mini (they just offer for the fuller sized iPads). I Pre-Ordered the iPhone 16 Pro Max (and awaiting delivery) but went right to Nomad's site to see their case offerings. The Modern case looks great. I like the TPU siding to give it a better "grip" and the leather will develop a great patina. Great video review!

Since the bumper on the modern leather case is a tpu material, is it super grippy like apple silicone or is it smoother? I can’t stand how grippy the silicone case is, especially when putting it in or taking it out of my pocket.

Unprotected is one things, but this thing is so ugly… I wonder it there will be any redesign coming with an actual capacitive button coming from all those companies.

The iPhone goes very well with a black one! I’m thinking of buying natural titanium, but I would like a black one. They just say that the paint is peeling off? Can anyone share their experience of using the black version? Or will the lining in the case prevent the paint from peeling off?

Hey glad I found this video! Was checking out good leather cases. I checked the page and it seems that Nomad offers 2 different types of leather. Just wondering if Horween leather is worth the premium? or if its just a brand of leather, maybe I'll stick to the much cheaper option.

I am waiting for Nomad and others to make a real button for the camera like the Apple Cases and other good cases. Hopefully they will have good cases and not just cutouts soon.

I would’ve preferred the traditional leather case but that cutout made me go with the modern one… not a fan of rubber sides. Same thing happened with the Andar case, damn cutout sucks!

Man I feel for Nomad. Everyone has been waiting for a full coverage leather case from them and Apple goes an ruins it with a random button! Making it into a covered button on a silicone or TPU case is one thing but on a leather case, well I don’t know seems like that won’t come till next year.

For me, all cases will be skipped this year until they figure out how to implement the useless Apple silicone case only in terms of the camera button area, as Apple did perfectly. I love nomad for my watch ultra and my iPhone 13 pro.

😂morons lol….A protective case with the a cut out will still protect the button,Because if you drop it on that side it will literally hit the case before it even goes near the button😑With a good case it won’t even touch the button because the case will create an indentation to wear it’s protected. You want to use an Apple silicon case which is the worst case for dropping phones😂I’d be more worried about camera protection with that case over the button
