Do you make 2 holes in the jug so the wires fit through it? You said you fold the wires over the jug, but wouldn't the wires then be visible? Thanks.

Yes you put two holes in the top and then you fold the wires over I use duct tape. The first one I made I just put one slit in the top and every time the wind would blow The jug would go around in circles and it tore up so that's why I did 2 and duct tape them down.

In a nutshell. I took the metal that was left sticking up. put it through the holes of the milk jug that I painted. took a pair of pliers folded the wires over. I used duct tape over the wires so the milk jug was stay in place. then I put a hat on it and hot glued the hat down to its head. then I put it outside and I staked it down.

I used black electrical tape. It worked great

Yeah I used duct tape but any tape will work as long as it kind of holds him in place.
