I tried this recipe with only organic chicken legs (more eazzy to prepare) it was really great and really cheap. Next time ( in few days^^) I will only use half of a cinnamon coz I like cinnamon but Im not crazy about it (just personal taste ;) ) Thanks Akis for all this lofely recipes.

@@tdb5318 Yes, Akis didn't mention that all Greek foods are served with A) Bread B) salad(many times with feta) Bread to do what we call papara. Which is literally scooping the sauce with bread soaked in it.

The name of the recipe is “Kota Kokkinisti”. Chicken = Kota (pronounced KOta) kokkinisti (pronounced kokkinisTI) = braised/stewed. The word kokkino means the colour red, and kokkinisti is the adjective used to describes the redness of the sauce.
