Absolutely yes because the seedlings are vulnerable to disease like dumping off, blight and others

Please why do you provide the shade three days after transplanting

To transplanting stress from heat or hot sunshine and allow the seedlings established well. Within 2days the seedlings are not yet absorbing water from the soil due to root disturbance. Active water uptake is there on the third day
