For the Sparkle Dealock Anomaly: you can throw a bolt inside the electric anomaly and run it, grab the artefact and run out before the anomaly is reset, basically, you can get the thing without taking any damage at all

That bit about stealth in Stalker Anomaly 1.5 isn't true. The news reports stalkers give are completely separate from their actual detection. You can kill off entire camp of stalkers without being detected so as long as you don't make any noise and dont get seen. You can even do it with a knife if you mod the knife damage to be one-shot.

The stealth is functional enough in this repack that you can sneak into the military base in the night, kill the leader without anyone knowing, and sneak out without firing a shot. NPCs will report "I heard someone knifing a guy a few minutes ago", but it doesn't affect anything.

Maybe he thinks the silencers are shit because he fired multiple shots, the first shot is stealth but the second is almost always detected. The reason you can, "stealth" kill a whole camp with a grenade is because you throw from stealth, but everyone dies before they can detect you.

I found that a right click with the knife to the back of a head was a one shot, it was only a merc though so I can't say for certain that it would work on everyone.

@@zachb8012 If a guy is alive in line of sight of the suppressed kill and hears the impact he will deduce the location sometimes. Thats why you have to wipe out each group of guys that is in sound range. Also different suppressors have different sound reduction effects. the val/vss and .45, also that russian 50 cal bolt action suppressed gun are the quietest i've found.

Regarding the contract kills in towns full of friendly people you don't want to mess with: Equip a silenced pistol, pick an open window with a clear line of fire towards the target (many houses in hub locations have open windows), make it so that you are not seen by anyone but the target, and then blow his brains out. I literally did that with the Freedom boy and got away with it. Granted, I had to plant the IED mine near the only entrance of that house to kill the witnesses that would have otherwise seen me, and yes, I have been chased by some lucky patrol guys for a while, but A) Not all Freedom boys turned hostile and B) Once you get the hell out of their hub location they stop caring about it. A day or two is enough to cool their heads off and allow you back inside.

Yo, big agreement on STALKER Anomaly being better than Tarkov. If Anomaly ever has a co-op function to even play with just 1 other friend, there wont ever be a reason to play Tarkov in my opinion. Tarkov is just way too simple. Who tf cares about a battle royal with loot that spawns everywhere. It just dont make much sense.. why bother playing as a BEAR PMC when i shoot every other BEAR operative on sight, because he might take 1 piece of loot that i might want?? It's just such a missed opportunity imo. Tarkov could have immersive contextual gameplay elements that are actually in line with the games establishing lore.. Imagine being able to play a match, meet a random fellow PMC and work together to get through radioactive traps, locked doors, scav guard patrols that dont have aim-bot and x-ray vision and using tools to cut/hack or repair your way into compounds or chests to complete specific missions that will help reestablish your BEAR or USEC operation centers and chain of command. Rather than shooting each other on sight because you have a fuckin' fetch quest to complete from a merchant -____- I guess thats another thing that i feel like is missing from Tarkov. Some kind of PMC hub-hideout center where players of the same faction can walk around and talk to merchants face to face, conduct personal trades between one another, exchange maps or hash out upcoming mission prospects and who-wants-what, with randos wandering in the hub. Give players rolling as Scav characters to have an entirely new way to play the game, but acting as guides for PMC rollers, by increasing the number of "requires a scav to extract" features on maps. Making the extractions very easy and close by, but requiring a scav. This can create entirely new player interactions between every active player-type, ie, solo quers, group quers, BEARs and USECs. I grew up on the STALKER games, and I was pretty disappoint about the scope of Tarkvo's gameplay loop.. I hope they eventually do something with it, besides just giving grown up COD players a place to compete for the bigger e-penis k/d ratio while they RREE over Loot that literally spawns everywhere in the first place :/

found a siga pretty fast on my first playthough.... stiiiiillll gathering cash to repair it and monolith (warzones mode) lost control of the ecologist lab and every single living thing on the map all started coming to take it all at once nonstop so i spent like 4 hours in a never ending firefight then tried to bail out on the edge of immobile encumbrance from the sheer amount of loot and 3 artifacts. i ended up having a mental breakdown and turning on fast travel so that i could retreat to monolith HQ to finally sell some shit and not find and in turn chug healing items by the dozens. if i can retake the ecologist lab and get monolith merchants in there i can finally sell my artifacts and hopefully repair that gun. thats the dream...
