If it were truly a fetish game it wouldn't be encouraging you to not piss as much as it does, and would have a lot more blatant like, "Give this enemy a golden shower to kill them" type mechanics if it were trying to be an actual fetish game. One thing I don't like about this game (in a good way) is how this takes place in a normal looking city which further adds to the *creepy factor because it looks friendly, but the creatures that live here aren't. however it further adds into the curiosity and URGE (heh) to explore and find out what happened here.

I was just getting ready to comment the exact same thing. If it wasn't for the focus on piss this game would be 100% creepy. I think what gets me most is how the mutants continuously sob and stick to dark areas, so when Tomato "wanna know how I got these piss stains" Gaming was wandering in the dark without a flashlight I was super tense.

As soon as I saw what game was being played, I questioned if it was a joke. Thirty seconds into the game, the character peed on-camera and the fumes from the urine smogged his house. These streams were very nearly enough for me to permanently write off tomato and never watch anything he streamed ever again.
