This re-review is awesome! I was thinking of getting clear sticker, but still unsure if I should get them. I do love that vograce is always improving overall. I noticed as well certain things you do need to speak to a representative. I'm currently exchanging emails regarding double sided epoxy instead of just one side since their site only offers that.

Thank you for the update, I did an order after your last one. My experiences were not great, there were many errors in my order, for instance I'd ordered the rainbow acrylic keychains but they sent clear, I ordered the gold edge ones and you could see the other sides artwork through the artwork on the different side , they were reprinted but the reprints were all not great either because none of the charms had the holes in the same places so all were facing a different direction. The keychain that had the same artwork both sides came out best. The stickers were all much darker than the original artwork too, so though a lot cheaper I don't think I'd order any again. It is a pity as some things are good but it's also a worry now to think what else will be wrong

@@Tomatoda sorry I just saw your reply, thanks for taking the time :) I didn't get a refund, they re-sent the ones they'd got wrong, but sadly the replacements were wrong too - it was just before Xmas so I just left it, too stressful! It just highlights the need for samples, but does make me a bit hesitant to re-order, actually the only thing that came out good was those pop sockets, but as you mentioned they've since stopped selling those rubbery ones and the new ones don't look so good, anyway thank you again x

I love your designs they're so cute!! I recently received an order from Vograce and had issues with pixelation and I'm wondering if it's the size of the canvas I used? What size canvas do you usually work with? I might try to reorder them

I usually work with 3000x3000 with dpi of 300. Just cuz from my research those seemed like the safest numbers? But also it could just be vograce’s fault. I’ll have a new vograce update video this Friday (hopefully) going over…. Some issues I have with vograce. If anything, ask ur representative (in a non-threatening manner 😂) what happened and where the issue might have come from.

I know you did a video explaining how to make products like the acrylic charms, but how do you do double sided different designs? Do you have both different designs in one canvas (I use procreate) or you have different canvases for both designs?

So on one canvas u need to put them on two different layers, one design for each layer. And if your drawing has multiple layers, (duplicate the whole file first and work on that so u still have ur original) merge all the layers for the first design and then merge all the layers for the second design so u have two separate layers on one canvas.

Rename the layers “front” and “back” or something so whoever is working on your charms knows. Also maybe put the images side by side (on the same canvas but different layers) so it’s easier to see? I don’t know if it’s absolutely necessary, but it might help vograce make less mistakes

I ordered some products from them as well cause I wanted to see if they were any good. I don’t think I’d reorder any of what I tried. There was a problem with their site when I tried ordering multiple designs on one product so I had a whole lengthy email exchange. When making sticker sheets, I had to change up a couple of the designs and when I got a new proof for the ones I changed it turned out that they added in white borders when my first batch had none, and they tried to convince me that I can only have stickers with white borders despite them making me half of the designs without…Also one of the stickers had marks on the proof that I didn’t notice until they were in my hand, so that one design is completely botched because of them. The metal pin backs are bad quality. It’s super hard and annoying to actually pin it onto anything cause the pin itself is not stable so it’s moving around the whole time you’re trying to close the pin. Never order again. The keychains all came damaged because they packed them with the keychain attached without a protective film. During shipping the metal keychain scratched and nicked them so they’re all damaged. Not impressed with them, but they’re cheap, so you get what you pay for. I just wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I actually tell everyone I know about my experience cause I don’t want anyone else to get burned by them.

thank you for sharing! Especially about the metal pins since I've never tried them before. and the keychains should always have a protective film! Vograce definitely fucked up your order big time. Sorry you went through that drama! 😢 My last vograce video is also about the bad side of vograce. From my experience, if the orders are good, then the next order is bad, then the next one is good, and next one is bad. there's no consistency. when it's good, it's really good. when it's bad, it's really bad. it's definitely frustrating and unreliable 😢
