One thing I don't like about this game (in a good way) is how this takes place in a normal looking city which further adds to the *creepy factor because it looks friendly, but the creatures that live here aren't. however it further adds into the curiosity and URGE (heh) to explore and find out what happened here.

I was just getting ready to comment the exact same thing. If it wasn't for the focus on piss this game would be 100% creepy. I think what gets me most is how the mutants continuously sob and stick to dark areas, so when Tomato "wanna know how I got these piss stains" Gaming was wandering in the dark without a flashlight I was super tense.
