From the Wiki, cause its a fun and touching easter egg: Forthog was created and named after Mike "Forthog" Forgey, the executive producer of Monolith who died due to cancer during the development for Shadow of War. With his passing the people working on the game wanted to remember him and immortalize Mike by making a character in his image as a way to honor him. The character lives as how the people remembered Mike; always leaping into the fray to save the game and people whenever and wherever he was most needed.

Love Shadow of War, one time I came across an orc that I slaughtered with ease. He ended up haunting me the entire game, as he, i shit you not, adapted to literally everything. I was genuinely unable to kill him. And he was such a high level that anytime he hit me it felt like a train.

I always liked this game, it was fun having the "pvp" mode where you raid other peoples forts. I would always assign every single orc in the garrison to bodyguarding all the warchiefs so they'd have to do a psycho boss rush to get into my base and it was super funny every time seeing invaders get mobbed
