This playthrough is so good! Every jump is perfectly timed, fantastic multitasking, this is so impressive. I’ve landed here looking to find out how best to speed through Palace midas and assess which ennemies to kill and which to skip but you have all of them in under 20 minutes! I’m on New Game+ so it takes longer for each and this is the level with most kills. I’ll keep looking but this is so impressive.

The key is to go hang on the edge and climb up to the corner then turn clockwise about halfway and keep pressing jump

Modern controls makes the jumping and platforming more free flowing. With modern controls Lara only needs 2 steps to jump instead of 3 with OG controls.

Modern controls haven't been an issue for me - I've never liked tank controls, sue me. But the jumping this game feels off all the time. Sometimes Lara just won't jump; no matter how many steps she's taken, or how far she's gone. It's the one area that Aspyr needed to work on more.

@@mrsuse Stand at the edge of the ledge and repeat three vertical jumps at a 45-degree angle. If you are sucked into the pillar on the second jump, the angle is correct. In the past, anyone could learn the corner bug.😅

I can’t get the pillar jump right! When you save on the platforms and then load the game, the pillars are on fire. And then they won’t go out until you surface from the water! This alone is making me consider quitting the game!
