Some people asked about the minecart game, i always found it frustrating too until i found a reliable way of doing it (it's used in the video) - towards the end, you have a long right turn (ends with the last seed). At the start of the turn, use brake a little so that the cart angle returns to normal way before the turn is over. This somehow results in getting more speed immediately after it, probably due to not having the cart tilted for as long as you would if not braking.

clarence0100 The problem is that for them to get out of from the bankrupt state, they must find ways to make money to recover. Usually those who declare bankrupt don't get back on their feet after they recover.. It's a shame because a lot of my favorite companies such as Sierra, Akklaim and this one too, all went bankrupt. Actually, Aklaim had a game similar to Tombi/a called Vexx. A platformer in which the character looks quite like Tombi/a but your weapons were these giant claws. It's a pretty cool game, you should check it out.

you know it's kinda weird that it feels like it's underrated but there's actually a lot of people played this game. i even never thought that there would be around 200k people watched this, and it doesn't count people who played tomba but don't watch this stuff. it's just that people don't really talk about this game, because for me this game has a special place in my heart that i don't wanna really share about it to my friends, everytime i remember tomba it's always feels nostalgic. it's kinda sad that the company went defunct, even though that i really wanna see the third series i just can't comprehend if this game somehow make a comeback it's just doesn't feel the same as it should be. for me tomba is a "totem" for all the good memories i had back then.

It took me 12 years to do this 100% [133+4 events]. First of all, I discovered Tomba! 1 in a "Demo CD". I loved it, but I didn't succeed to find the game (Internet wasn't as devellopped as today). Then, many years after, I bought Tomba! 2 when it was in store. I finished it, and so, I learnt you can have a "true" ending with the last 4 events of Tomba! 1. But Tomba! 1 was hard to find, and with Time, it was only available on Internet (and the price was too high...). And one day, stupidly, I said to myself : "Wait, you have a Playstation, and a Action Replay Cardrige who allows to play ISOs, what you waiting for to download the first Tomba! ?" I finished the first game, and then succeeded to complete the second game. I waited for the true ending for years. In fact, the bonus is just... A MOTHERFUCKING RED SMOKING INSTEAD OF BLACK ! SERIOUSLY ??!! I made my Marvel-fanboy and waited to see a secret post-credits scene... NO-THING ! The Ultimate Trolling of my Life.

I just played Tombi 1 after 10 years. It is quite easier if you play it for the second time. I remember how hard it was back then. Now I finally play Tomba 2 and it is a really hard game. So i am searching for some hints here. It makes a lot of fun playing it. Speed run in 3 hours is crazy. I am playing for 8 hours now and i just got to the tower of water xD I highly recommend this game.

i remember playing the mine cart minigame, it was alot of fun riding around on a fast mine cart but MAN was that hard! i remember spending DAYS on that minigame, at least over a week trying to beat it. i managed to beat it once and never beat it again after that. my jaw was on the floor watching you doing it IN ONE TRY. man you are good, great job. (also the kujara took me a long time to, i managed to beat it ONCE as well. nice job though man.)
