@Jon Glenn That's extremely well-said. . I think it's a little naive to just point the finger at Republicans, though. As an atheist, I know people in this camp have done more than their share to alienate Christians. Everyone needs to learn how to heal all of these divides instead of splitting into factions, getting triggered and mocking or silencing those they disagree with or those they perceive as being ignorant. But you are generally right, politics is not our friend in this regard.

Just to validate Bishops point in difference in age. Tom said its hard while the Bishop says its creative cz he understands that hardwork is the prerequisite. As a 30 year old this is beautiful. I REALLY LIKE TOM and WHAT HE'S DONE/DOING WITH IMPACT THEORY...I've watched countless hours of his podcasts/shows...BUT, I'VE GAINED A WHOLE NEW RESPECT FOR YOU TOM BECAUSE ...ALTHOUGH T.D. JAKES is just a man, He is a man that has put in the work to present himself of a non-profane, vulgar, or flippantly explicit Character, Integrity, and mission. There's only (1) curse word (near the end) in this whole hour-long POWERFUL interview. In a "TAKE ME AS I AM" culture, TOM could've put the middle finger to the wind and just been his usual-self. BUT, the Beautiful irony is that TOM exemplified what T.D. Jakes' book "DON'T DROP THE MIC" is all about which is to SELFLESSLY know your audience and that you don't cross-pollinate/communicate with everyone or environment exactly the same which takes humility and entering the room as a student. It's your show/platform you could've done whatever you want...BUT, you showed us all that even though you're not religious your not rogue/ridiculous. BRAVO TOM!!! #My2Cents

It is said that, at my current age, 65, my youth has been spent and yet I have only recently discovered my actual age actual true self, an experienced, eternal being of light in THIS here and now for MY LAST LIFE AS HUMAN BEING currently residing on planet Earth until I begin again somewhere 'out there' in some space and some time! Only took me 50yrs to figure that out! Lol time flies does it not?
