It's such a precious friendship you two have there. You made Olympic history by winning your first Olympic gold TOGETHER! You even have the same synchronized Olympic tattoos and you are wearing the same synchronized rings on your finger. To win Olympic gold with your best friend must feel so uplifting. And you are and will be Olympic champions forever. Nobody can take this great achievement away from you. I hope that with time you realize(d) that this synchro gold medal is worth so much more than a single gold medal. I am looking forward to you competing in the Olympics in Paris this summer. As far as I know it will be Tom and Noah for the synchro event, right? If so, Noah could end up with a tattoo and a ring as well. That would be so cool. But you never know. It may be not that likely to happen again, but everything is at least possible. Anyway, it's so cool that Tom competes again in the Olympics, as long as he is still young. Because as long as you are healthy and fit and Olympic champion with a lot of experience, it's a great opportunity to compete again. Also the training will do great things for your body. You will stay in shape. You will have enough years in your life to enjoy life after your active career, which hopefully does not end in Paris this year, but maybe you will go for the Olympics thereafter as well. You know, it's having perfect condition, perfect health, perfect opportunity, then you should grab the opportunity and go for it. Age 40 may be a good age to end your active diving career and start enjoying life while always having the opportunity to look back at your achievements with tears of joy in your eyes.

Possible tip for painting nails. I had tried a couple of times to paint my nails and didnt like how they looked, it seemed too feminine and its not what I was going for. I couldnt understand how sometimes you would see a guy with their nails painted and it just worked for them. I realised that when I found them nice looking on a guy, they werent actually painted well. So if you find it looks too fem, try painting them kinda badly! Avoid painting the whole nail, length wise specifically.
