Banana Chocolate Chip Cupcakes -
125g Self Raising flour (1 CUP)
100g caster sugar (1/2 CUP)
25g dark brown soft sugar (1/8 CUP)
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
125g banana, mashed (2 Medium Bananas)
125g unsalted butter, soft (1/2 CUP)
50g chocolate chips (1/3 CUP)
2 tbsp milk

So I watched this video briefly.. screenshot the ingredients in bio and made the cupcakes. They came out and they haven’t risen much and have sunk in the middle! I tried one and was like yeah they taste nice but somethings not right. The ingredients list doesn’t have eggs.. so I forgot the eggs LOL! Now I’ve got weird sunken cake things 😂😩

Self raising flour does not exist in Norway, but you can use plain flour + one teaspoon of baking powder.
