What Tom should have done was set something up with Sophie, so that Lance would have lost in every question. I can just imagine Lance's reaction if he lost to every question and took a face cream every time. Sophie is adorable. I can see why he'd want her as a BFF. IXIIIFAIE, I'll tell you a few secrets. Don't drink, or do it very moderate, which is a couple times a month, DO NOT smoke,, (that will age you faster then most anything) use sunscreen, or better yet, limit your time in the sun. Don't lay out baking your skin, you will only turn to leather later. Always stay hydrated, which means drinking plenty of water, since your body is around 60-65% water, eat a decent diet. I don't mean you have to avoid the fun things, but limit it and don't eat fast food. There is a reason that you get a burger, fries and a drink so cheap. : ) Plus, exercise and stay active. All this sounds like a lot to go through, but it's basically just a lifestyle and nothing a person has to think much about. I give this advice because what I see in my own family etc. Trust me, if you do these things, you will be happy later.
