Thats an ANGEL singing.....shes from the time when artistry was cultivated.

I was at this show. Her voice is absolutely incredible and has held up so well through the years. One of the best shows and one of the most obnoxious crowds I've ever witnessed.

I was thinking that. The crowd keeps talking. Who are they there to hear?

i was at this show as well, though the crowd sounds louder here than i remember...maybe because i was seated towards the front. in any case, casino shows... *rolls eyes*

She is a great artist. So real, pure, gritty, hurt. She pulls out so much beauty out of her pain. Her voice has remained beautiful over the years.

As a Gen X female, if I went to an Alanis concert, I would bawl my eyes out and embarrass myself. She is the epitome of the female Gen x soul and heart. You had to be alive at this time to FULLY “get it” although all can love her.

I wish crowds would listen with their ears and not their mouths. Thoroughly disrespectful to keep cheering while the artist is in the middle of a song. I remember being at a concert and the constant interruptions from the crowd made the band stop playing and the lead singer just said "I wonder how many of you would like it if I came into your bedroom and interrupted you while you were performing".

She has been the bohemian hippie rock chick and now she is an ultra beautiful full blossomed veteran artist who sounds better now. And thats saying ALOT! She looks like a virtuous common sense woman with more conservative views than her former liberalism. Heck us Gen Xers were liberal then. But now the Right is what the common sense Left used to be.
