Something I've always wondered, and a friend of mine brought it up as well: HP and healing! How does the hit point system work? Are there healing abilities? Are there items that players use to refill their strength? Are there skill points to limit abilities? I want a full tutorial for the game. Another thing is how character designs change. We know the game has quests, but exactly how relevant is questing and PvE content in TOME? Would we ever hear of characters grabbing gear in a dungeon or prepping for a Raid? Working together to stop a world boss/event or getting ganked while hunting a creature? It would be interesting if more MMO aspects like that were worked into the show. There really is a ton to work with.

Short review World Building Pog?! I love this episode for the information it gives us. Like holy shit this was great. Only issue I have is that in the context of a game some of this wouldn't make sense. However liberties need to be made in order for a story to work out. Like why we don't see any of the characters grinding EXP. Especially since most of this was episodic in season 1.

Most likely, based on the Tome RPG on steam, there was really skill learnings and abilities you gain. Of course, the only way to gain exp is vai grid battle, that some would run or log out on. And the player has to accept the challege.

Something I was looking at, creating an OC wouldn't be that difficult but the abilities part stumps me just a little. It seems like characters follow a theme but have limited movesets, I count like 4 but then it shows other icons when dealing with the Libra system, and something not addressed is that are the moves set in stone or swappible, like outside of combat, any thoughts on these?

Some of them seem to be utility or passives. In the case of Alpha, he has the punch, the lightning, the water attack, and his shield/disc, but as a movement or passive powers he has Flight, and if I had to guess on the bottom left and top right icons, it would be something like "training: hand to hand" and the top right is something else I cant even guess.

I'm kinda disappointed that the Libra System isn't utilized in the show...like, at all. When the show is entirely set inside the game, you'd think that the regular gameplay stuff would be a part of the story. Plus, it would be a good way to see the characters develop their strength by learning and mastering new moves. This show already borrows a lot from shonen shows, so I don't know why they don't use that.

I wouldnt know what to place my Oc under... She's got a sword, she covering fur, she got a snake tail,and she got a gauntlet with claws, and she can create/summon fire/wind/lighting, and summon energy from her sword/gauntlet/tail/mouth. (I would have to greatly down play her strength for fairness) with that said, would she be a Swordswomen, Fighter, Spellcaster, or Animistic?

I think Animalistic would make the most sense, based on outward appearance, but in general I think you could make Fighter work if you morphed the weapons into some sort of magic attack or something summoned with a spell.

Because why not, I want to start a chain. If you could design a character in TOME, what would it be like? (Design, class, abilities, ect.) My OC, named SnakeEyes, is a Fighter of the Light Energy power. Naturally, her attacks focus on forms of light energy (Sunshine, lightning, electricity, ect.). She has the design of an elven structure, and a face not unlike Nylocke's but obviously more feminine and less scaly, and long flat hair that runs about 3 or so inches down from the shoulders. She wears a tank top, bell bottom pants, converse sneakers, a conductor's hat (is there a name for that hat style?) and 3/4 sleeve jacket, along with a bracelet or two. She's entirely white in palette, excepting her black eyes and varying shades/lines of grey defining her skin, hair, and clothing. She wields a scythe/lightning rod as a retractable weapon. In secret, she's a hacker, but rarely snaps and uses it in mistreatment, since she has access to the ban.exe server code, and instead saves it for those who aren't as smart with their powers. Her best friend on the server is Headshot3000 (couldn't score the original name). His character is Morphogenic and is dubbed part of the "Soul-Catcher" powers. His design is like a silhouette, with large ears on top of a squarish head, thin arms and legs that thicken into hands and feet at the joints, claws, and a tail like Alpha's. The only defining feature on his body is his large white eyes and white outline every time you look at him from the side (when his arm overlaps with his body, and so on). His attacks are like GameCrazed, excepting the hand-blades, and summons "copies" of himself, otherwise splitting himself into multiple versions, and commonly likes to use his "faze-through-matter" ability to act like a ghost. He likes to role-play a lot, and pretends he's the guy who hunts the corrupted souls of the land and draws his power from their restlessness, hence the power name and abilities.

Mine would be NightFrost, animalistic with various wind, ice, and darkness based attacks. She has long black hair, cat ears, and a foxlike face with gray fur and light blue eyes. Her belly/ neck has the same gray fur, her arms and legs have black fur, and down her back are black feather with a blue sheen, and her tail is wolflike but also made of feathers. Her legs are catlike, but her feet are kind of half raven half cat/wolf, with long claws she can use for gripping. Her hands are human (except for the fur) but she can form her fingers into claws when in battle. Additionally, she has a long dark trenchcoat that can be transformed into raven wings when fighting or just to fly in general, and a light blue scarf that just looks cool, and maybe a fedora with a blue feather. As for fighting, she uses her claws (both hands and feet) for the darkness, flying around/causing mini tornadoes/air slashes for wind, and she has a 'frost fire' breath for ice. Might sound a bit overpowered, but she doesn't specialize in any of those, although if I had to choose just one it'd be wind. Alternatly, I might make her a swordsman in some situations, taking away the wings/claws and adding a katana. Also... I was going to do the whole 'can hack but doesn't' thing, but I won't because A)I can't hack and B)It'd look like I was copying you ^^" Man I wish this game were real! Anyways sorry for replying so late, I'm just rewatching the episodes and didn't see your comment before.

Username: Pollyoco Class: Swordsman Ability Category: Classic meaning she focuses on attacks that seem like normal sword strikes such as a slashing wind blow thingy and what not. But of course she does have to have some kind of powerful move so she also focuses on shadow. (Contradictory considering she wears silver) Appearance: Long blonde hair with bangs clipped to the side with a dragon shaped barrette. She wears a baggy silver colored shirt with the imprint of a fox battling a dragon. She wears matching long pants and a hat similar to Link's in Legend of Zelda only silver. She has blue and gray eyes with an epic sword like Nnnylock's. Personality: She's super loyal and always ready to defend a friend or the gaming community. She is fully against hackers (because those guys are annoying, I know I played BF3). She can also be mean, however, but only to super close friends and enemies who annoy her. Sarcastic comments escape sometimes.

Mine would be atronarch, a spellcaster with a black cloak, so you only see his face, feet, and hands. Blue eyes, and his viens visible would be glowing blue as well. He would have a reflector shield that he could turn into a weapon, a fireball, a lightning ring to surround opponents, alphas lightning bolt, a tornado much like kirbs, and finnaly a magical flight move to grow wings of light to fly, use as defense, as well as offense. man i want this game!!!!
