Eh, they said: Flour, Yeast, salt, (liquidified) lemon zest, vanilla, egg (wash) Sounds like bread to me. Sure, the vanilla/lemon isn't necessary and they left out the butter/oil, but the only serious error is the omission of milk/water. For an impromptu, live performance, it wasn't a bad showing.

57:20 Poor Ellen got robbed as Johnny said the spell was 3rd level so the DC was 13 but as she said dispel magic automatically succeeds if the spell is 3rd level or lower. Though admittedly if this had been noticed we wouldn't have had the great convo about JP3 and a dob having a smug Spinosaurus.

They respect the concept of plot, and understand that Johnny gave them the book with the intention of them not completely destroying said plot. .....oh my god. i had been listening to this series as an audio story on drives, and admittedly replaying the series on a loop for something to fall asleep to, so the entire time i thought the bee costume bit was in character, not irl. I love your collective humor and group chemistry. also just occurred to me, i'm kinda surprised the always evil but never over the top prudence didn't eldritch blast Sprat, pick up the book from the smouldering ashes, and then write "sprat was never hurt but gave us the book after learning his lesson" leaving everyone horrified by her actions but no actual consequences; unlike dob and the orphans, where the group didn't really care beyond "oops....lets tease dob for this FOREVER" but all the kids were deleted.

Real life: Captains of ships did not generally have the authority to perform marriages. They are not usually not ordained (unless the captain specifically got ordained or became a judge of justice) and during the age of sail, it was considered bad luck for a woman to be aboard a ship. Fantasy: The myth states that Captain could marry people only aboard his ship (as the ship is technically a sovereign community of people and the Captain is the head of that community). Much like a village elder would normally officiate a joining of two people.

I hate when they start talking about spell slots and stuff because it breaks immersion but I’m sure I’m in the minority … I just miss the old days when they didn’t have spell slots seems like they had more fun and were more reckless

Well I mean it makes the game not extremely easy. I've watched all their videos and I'm pretty sure they've always had spell slots, the difference may be that they didn't always do it live so some things were cut. Honestly my brain kinda just blocks that stuff out, I normally watch their vids while studying, it's quite calming

@@RijaMo ooh, yes! Well, it's not really their play style, i think they worry about long battles being boring for the audience. But I'd love to maybe see something outside of canon... maybe something where they wouldn't have to worry about killing their characters, so they could go all out. Like what CR does with those pvp battle royales.
