When using the artificials out there, when you cast, keep the bail open and let it sink all the way to the bottom...Then slowly jig and retrieve...Eventually will get something...And big up to the Snook Master! I used to feel the same way with lures. You does have to keep trying with it and mix it up with bait. Sometimes the fish just not taking lures and sometimes they not taking bait. Plenty patience with it but more work needed. But when you hook up it’s amazing.
