TOMICA Thomas & Friends Short 28: Thomas & Stepney

Stepney returns to the Island of Sodor but he has a disagreement with Thomas.
A lot of new stuff in this short! Everything has been filmed on a newly completed set and the opening titles have been improved significantly! PLUS the engines now blink!
