Hi Tom, I don’t know if you’ll ever read this or not but I just got done having radiation on my left vocal cord about three weeks ago for cancer. My voice has slowly been coming back, I am also a singer/rhythm guitarist/bassist and I’ve had no voice for the past half a year pretty much, I know that isn’t as long as you had problems but I can relate. I want to say you sound great on this version on your song. I can’t wait to sing again, I’ve been trying and it’s kind of coming back some. I want to say God bless you and you sound great to me! It’s a struggle but anything with doing is, never quit, obviously you won’t and I never will either! God bless!

The first time I saw Tom play this with Cinderella was the Long Cold Winter tour. He played a white baby grand piano that was lowered down from the lighting rig. It the floor just in time for the solo where he stepped away and ripped away.

don keyballs/ True but Cinderella is on Hiatus since the Band last record in 2004 when Carl Thomas Keifer (Tom) Cinderella frontman singer-songwriter musician, composer and producer was lost his voice again because a paralysis in his left vocal chord that he still have because no surgery can't fix that because is a neurological problem in his left vocal cord, but Tom Keifer is back better than ever after some vocal cords hemorragies, seven vocals cords surgeries and that paralysis in his left vocal chord and also after the death of his beloved mother in 2005. Tom Keifer have new record with title "RISE" this Keifer new Solo record was acclaimed by music critics last year in Hard Rock category and let me tell you that Tom souds so Cool in this new album, his voice change a little because his voice problems in the past and his seven vocals cords surgeries and his paralyze nerve cord in his left vocal chord but also because Tom Keifer is not 20 years old anymore he have 59 years old now his birthday was this past January 26 and at that age our voices change a lot but Tom found a vocal training coach an Amazing one who is helping him to re- training his voice again with new voice tecnics so Tom can sing again without hurt his vocals again and is the only way for him to sing again because Tom's doctor say to him you can't sing again because you have a paralysis in your left vocal chord and no surgery can correct that problem for you because is a neurological problem a strong virus can cause that but also when you abused to your voice too much but the only way for to sing again is re-Training Your voice again, the doctor say toTom. And that's when Tom's found this Amazing vocal coach that I say before. Tom Keifer say that re-training a voice again for a singer can be a Nightmare and is something that i have to do every day for almost 3 hours before Sing but My passion is my own family now" my music and my fans and that's why I'm still here with my music:) Tom Keifer say in this interview for a Rolling Stone magazine last year. Tom Keifer postpones the rest of his "RISE" tour for now with his new Band "The Keifer Band" here in United States and other countries like England, Russia, Germany and Japan because the new pandemic Coronavirus or Covid-19.

I hope so, too. My first Cinderella show was March 8th 1995. They opened with "Still Climbing" and played around 20 songs. "Bad Attitude Shuffle" went over Amazingly well live. I will never forget it. My brother and I went back stage that night and met the band for the first time. A dream come true for me. I would love to see video of that era!

I wish he would've played the solo acoustically or a variation of it, but otherwise I loves it. I was a sophomore in high school when this song came out in the late winter/early spring of 1988. I was 16 at the time! I would love to hear a collaboration with Tom Keifer and Richie Sambora! Both are blues based players and very soulful singers. And they are both complete musicians, singers and songwriters. It would be really interesting to see what came out of those sessions for sure lol. Ironically enough, they both are solo acts now from either the bands they were in (Richie/Bon Jovi) or founded (Tom Keifer/Cinderella). And the other irony is that their original bands need them, not the other way around. Granted, Cinderella has a snowballs chance in hell.of ever reuniting. Even Tom has said as much and has expressed has no interest in desire to do it. Eric Brittingham (bass) is playing with Brett Micheal's solo band now Fred Coury (drums) is doing sound for ESPN now from what I've heard Jeff Lebar (lead guitar) from what I hear, can't stay off the sauce. Plus Tom says that since he was the main songwriter in Cinderella he can still play all those hits with his current band anyway without any backlash.

Tom doesn't want a Cinderella reunion, and he's talked about it more than once. Fred, Jeff, and Eric would like to, but Tom don't. Fred said they were being offered a lot of money to reunite, but Tom still didn't want it.
