+fiveus56 Hi fiveus56 Belfast City council are worried about falling footfall in city shops. They do not want to see the connection to the redcaps and traffic fines for bus lane infringement. Redcaps who obey the letter of the law have driven people away from town centre shopping on to the internet. The bike is very useful because my understanding is that redcaps cannot issue a ticket if you are fully parked on a pavement. I was only there for a matter of minutes. Thanks for dropping in! Banbridge was a great wee place for growing up. I used to know practically everyone I met going up and down the street. those days of course are long gone.
