I've never understood why the Action spins say 100% avg payout ?. Does that mean your guaranteed to get at least 1 win during the spins because It's very rare that you get more than the amount you exchanged to get the spins

its over the course of its life it will pay exactly the same ive had it pay 500 and ive had it pay 39 its normally between 150-250 on average
