Saw Mr. Aldridge put on a Drum Clinic in my city. Great drummer. Greater guy!! And best of all, the FUNNIEST drummers I have ever encountered. Told some "not for publication" stories of life on the road with Ozzy..... We were in stiches for two hours. Brilliant mind and real gentle chap. Really admire and respect the dude.

As a teenage drummer went to go see Travers. The power and showmanship Tommy has. Blew me away. I thought Bonham and Peart were enough for me. I was wrong.

I've had the honor of seeing Tommy live with Pat Travers (late 70's) and Ozzy (early 80's). Makes every band he's been in, better.

Wade Harten me too. Saw the Ozzy Diary of a Madman tour with Rhandy Rhoads, and Pat Travers Band with Tommy Aldridge, Mars Cowling, and Pat Thrall. Those were the days. Damned those shows rocked.

Good Heavens! Tommy is an incredible monster on the drum kit. I can't understand how he manages to keep the groove so well while performing so big movements... Takes A LOT OF PRACTICE. And a good physical condition!. Tommy looks AND sounds gorgeous!!!!

Pure rock drumming! This guy understands rock and defined the genre behind the kit. POWER...very hard to play like this and sustain any type of control. Guys air drum with less style much less actually play time and groove. He understands what rock drumming is...

What a power player, seen him with Black Oak Arkansas, on his blue, single tenor tom, double kick, Vistalites. first time i ever seen a drummer, fist punch, + Judo chop, the cymbals in a drum solo. Tommy Aldridge was the show case of the band, i knew he would go places, he needed to move up, musicly, and sure enough, his talent could'nt hold him back, suddenly, he was everywhere, spotlighting with the who's who, of progresive rockers.
