I agree. Andy missed the point but I also think that there are a lot of very talented people who lack the drive that an obsessive nature brings. Andy, IMO, reeks of that view in this clip. It might not be a lack of confidence in one's talent that drives one towards obsession. Rather, it might be the discovery of one's skills that drives them towards an obsessive need to maximize them as much as possible.
