Tommy Cooper Statue in Caerphilly has a conehead.

In the welsh town of Caerphilly Prangsters climbed the Tommy Cooper Staue, recently unveiled by the great
"Sir Anthony Hopkins"
And someone jammed a traffic cone on it's head.
It is unlikely that the action caused any serious damage to the bronze statue.
