This is why Jamie is jealous of tommy...even tho jamie is very talented too...he couldn't take Tommy's versatility and range. It's funny talented people are always jelly of other talented people maybe competitive is a better word than jealous. But u can just tell tommy was one of those guys who was just gud at everything!!!

Did they have beef? Is that one of the reasons why Tommy was seemingly "blacklisted"? I mean, I know he struggled with addiction (no shade nor shame whatsoever in my statement, so please, don't misunderstand my stating that), but might Jamie's jealousy also have played a part in his light being dimmed? It sometimes felt like Jamie used to try EXTRA hard to outshine Tommy on ILC, rather than showing respect and appreciation for Tommy's comedic genious! Just my opinion. I've loved (and crushed 🤗) on Tommy since way back during that era. But I developed a newfound RESPECT AND APPRECIATION for Tommy after seeing him perform TWICE at the Ontario Improv. I was utterly blown away by both of his sets, which were absolutely independent of one another which cannot often be said by comedian's. Usually, they recycle their sets. Tommy on the other hand was BAR NONE!! 💪 Okay, I've marvelled enough! 😂🤣😂 Also, to your point, IF in fact Jamie (or for that matter, anyone else that might have lowkey) had ANY part to play in dousing Tommy's 🕯, that's a travesty, as he laid the foundation for Jamie's entrance, AND there was/is PLENTY of room/opportunity for EVERYONE to shine!!
