Now that's a fine instrument sir. I respect your craft. Amazing. Simply amazing. It has a lot of heart and soul in it. He wasn't even trying hard (I've listened him a lot) and the sound was touching. Moving. Fun. Happy. The guitar seemed to have a soul of its own beyond what Tommy was playing. That shows true craftsmanship right there.

Lol, I hear ya! I will say that I have been up close to all 3 of those guys you named while they were playing at the past NAMM shows. I'll say that in my opinion when the dust settles that Tommy is pound for pound better then all 3. I think that they would say the same if asked. Just ask Clapton who's said "He's the greatest guitar player that I have ever seen". I know there is a lot of people that will say that I can't claim that because there is no such thing as the greatest. In my opinion Tommy pound for pond is the greatest that I've ever seen! That's my opinion and I know a lot of people won't agree but that's ok. Everyone is certainly entitled to their own personal opinion that's one of the things that makes life great, variety!

+Troy Wilburn although making music shouldn't be a contest, you are right. He is the greatest of all. Saw him once live in Holland. After the show it seemed he could spent hours with fans talking guitar. Great personality and sense of humor. Besides that no matter what guitar runs through his fingers, it all sounds amazing. Even a Toys "R" Us kiddo guitar would pass the test. A true master.
