Both solos on Aerosmith's cover of Train Kept A Rollin', on Get Your Wings absolutely grabbed and transfixed me when i was a young guitarist of ten or eleven. I saw Aerosmith, Jeff Beck, Rick Derringer and Starz (ugh...) in '77 when i was eleven years old, here in Seattle at the now evaporated Kingdome. Back to those solos; they were both groovy and sassy. I only learned the whole truth about the myths of those ghost solos.

I have so much fun watching your band on youtube. I'm a guitarist born in 59... Seen just about any band you could mention ( even Alice , with hunter and wagner... ) So I'm sort of retired from live shows. But I have no choice but to go see you guys when you come to town.

Ryan you won't remember this but I met you while I was wandering around the venue in Eugene, Oregon while Crue was playing (was only there to see Alice). I yelled out your name and you let me take a selfie with you. The following year Alice played a full show in Eugene at the outdoor venue, the Cuthbert (where Nita slid and took out a lyrics monitor) and at the end of School's out you dropped your guitar down and let me strum it with ya (Alice shows demand I strive to get front row). Couple of great memories. Still really hoping to meet Tommy - he was great getting in my face as I was taking pictures at a Portland, Oregon show (around Halloween and Nita's board was nearly unplugged by a drunk girl - d'oh) when he was sick but still gave a 110% like he was feelin' fine. He liked it on IG and followed me which I thought was the height of coolness to do for a fan. You all rock, even that guy with the girls name (you can see in my profile pic he tried to choke me - sheesh).
