Even better than this song...are 2 of his newer covers...Aces High by Iron Maiden and Nuclear Attack by Gary Moore...who was Tommy's childhood hero! That red and white Charvel guitar he favors is a replica of the one Gary played! Team Tommy thanks you for enjoying more of Tommy's work!

The bass Tommy also plays here in this video was a bequest from a close friend who passed away far to young. Tommy sings his lament in Sound of Silence, which he dedicated to the memory of his friend. It was the friends favourite song. Another tribute he did was to Queen Elizabeth II last year, in Who Wants To Live Forever.

Very nice reaction !!! But you should not worry about copywright restrictions when it comes to Tommy’s covers☀️ would love if you did more reactions with him .. and so would the rest of team Tommy too 😉. I’m a little surprised by the choice for a second reaction since it is one of his covers that I found a bit suprising at first ( and you seemed a bit hesitant to) apparently his brother in law had talked him into doing this song .. at least that was the impression I got when watching the premiere and livestream … and I’m very happy he did so. I would not have wanted to be without it) Fun fact: Tommy actually played guitar and sang ( not lead but still sort of .. almost second lead) in a Christian metal band called “Golden resurrection” . That bands cover of “The end of the world” from Gary Moore is really really good too. 😀

No satanism, so need to worry about the lyrics, I promise! "Headless Cross" is actually the name of an english village. In Headless Cross they were ravaged by the plague. They didn't understand the disease but thought it was caused by witchcraft. So in an effort to combat the illness, the townspeople gathered on a hill. And there they prayed to God. And that is what the song is about! Unfortunatly they died.
