I’ve just started listening more to Tommy lately. His voice and musical talent is awesome. I love hearing him sing She’s Gone. He hits those high notes like no other!! You should watch that one. He’s awesome! ❤

Gary had so many amazing songs and he was a great influence for Tommy. Tommy actually was so proud he now owns one of Gary's guitars!!! Tommy covers a lot of Gary's music including "Wild Frontier". Thank you for another great reaction 😊

Tommy always does a great job. This is right up his alley--especially with his guitar-playing style. Thank you very much for reacting to it. Interesting fact...Dan Vasc does a fantastic version of the same song. I would love to hear you react to that one, as well. I love both of them. 😀

Gary had a very unique sound. Tommy did a great job 🤘🏻🔥🤘🏻🔥 If you enjoyed this song, checkout Nightwish's cover from their ealy days. Tarja Turunen singing. She was the original singer.

I absolutely love the song from the loping drums at the beginning to the very last note. 😍 i also had not heard of Gary Moore prior to Following Tommy's solo / cover channel and am of the same opinion as you. We missed out on so much! Thanks for the lovely reaction.

I did a quick check, and I do believe it's the Gary Moore performance at Montreux 2010 that was the foundation for this cover. If I'm not mistaken, that was also Gary Moores last gig, and that makes it even more likely to be the source.

Oh, listen to his version of the loner I think its called , no lyrics just guitar....soooo good

You don’t need any lyrics to that song. The guitar tells the story by itself.

It was specifically gary moore live stockholm 1987 that Tommys father showed Tommy at 9 years of age and that made him pick up the guitar and want to be a musician. So you will find that his covers are very much based on the specific way pGary layed his song at that event ..I imagine that Tommy watched that video recordning over and over again for many years
