[Looking at some of the facts regarding the arrest of the persona of Stephen and how some of these facts regarding his arrest dont add up.]
It turns out the contempt was for previous agreement "Tommy" had with the courts...
8. How is all that relevant to what took place on 25 May 2018?
It is relevant because, when passing the suspended sentence, HHJ Norton gave some fairly clear warnings to Yaxley-Lennon:
“[Y]ou should be under no illusions that if you commit any further offence of any kind, and that would include, I would have thought, a further contempt of court by similar actions, then that sentence of three months would be activated, and that would be on top of anything else that you were given by any other court.
In short, Mr Yaxley-Lennon, turn up at another court, refer to people as “Muslim paedophiles, Muslim rapists” and so and so forth while trials are ongoing and before there has been a finding by a jury that that is what they are, and you will find yourself inside. Do you understand?“
I suspect Stephen agreed and so its possible he has broken his word, therefore is in breach contract.

If you don't know the law, apparently even legal professionals don't, you expect your adviser to give you good advice, you can't blame Tommy Robinson for being given bad legal advice. Interesting analysis, thanks for doing that.

the law and legal is totally different so it is quite likely they dont know the law, no one teaches common-law as "ignorance of the law is no excuse". Common-law is unwritten and passed down from generation to generation. The fact you expect your totally random legal adviser to give you good advice is the first pitfall. It may be good legal advice but not the only advice you should have. It appears from what Caolan Robertson said his contempt of court lasted about 3 minutes. It is possible he was imposed with legal representation to get the outcome the judge desired.

He was probably given the best legal advice ever. To get the desired legal outcome. Who knows? i certainly don't but i can have an opinion on the matter.

Turns out he didn’t plead guilty.

Seems he was given (imposed) a representative who acted on his behalf. Those whom act on your behalf without consent bear liability. Shame he didn't know not to accept the pizza he didn't order.
