I guess I don't understand the point of the stand up. I get it supposed to make people uncomfortable, but why? Are we supposed to find it funny that Tommy was making people uncomfortable? It looked like the audience was more unamused than uncomfortable... Weird bit. I'd rather see Tommy actually attempt real stand up. That would be more entertaining than not being funny and just gross on purpose.

@@junkerjorg2 Yes but this already happens at 'indie' comedy clubs or certain nights at popular NYC clubs . An in-group of people 'doing a thing' get on stage and tell horrible jokes that a few of their friends laugh at in the background. It's like this "i know good comedy but im intentionally being bad at it as a goofy joke!" approach which is as pretentious and annoying as it gets. Maybe get REALLY good at standup before you can start making fun of bad standup, otherwise you have pretty much no standing to do 'ironic' standup.
