Being that we went with a condo, it wasn’t as much of a factor. But….being a person that strives to pay off our houses, ultimately I won’t care for the residual payments that are still required. A couple condo complex's in cathedral City and Palm desert , part of it is owned land and part is fee land, I believe the desert princess in cathedral City is like that

Excellent video I really enjoyed it - I’m a realtor in Florida semi retired Coldwell Banker and it’s very hot here also fells like is always 110+ for atleast 3 months - will be coming to Palms Springs next winter my sister from Seattle just bought a place in LaQuinta. How far is Big Bear Lake from there? Again great video
