I didnt watch the stream, so could be something ypu already thought of. A level 10 port can input max supply, but it needs another level 10 port with level 5 railway connection from a capital to output that supply last I checked. That could have been the problem. Also floating harbour naval invasion could maybe have scared him on a psychological level, which when you cant break him due to game mechanics, you gotta try to make him do a mistake. Great video though

Hey Tommy! I think I may have an idea for how to make rp games more fun/worth playing. So some time ago you pointed out the main issue with rp games is that there will always be a person who follows the meta and recks everyone which just makes it nearly impossible for people to roleplay without getting run over. So what if, you hold some sort of tournament (You already have proved capable of managing them previously) but instead of skill you also join a game and or spectate it to see who is good at rping and then you save there username and when you want to have another rp game you invite everyone on that list to join a server you are hosting. This would mean you could choose how many people are in the game, the people would actually rp instead of just meta everything and you could even start also getting your own balanced mods for rp games to avoid situations like this one you had with Finland. And maybe the biggest bonus is how there could be reoccurring people in said rp games which would make it even easier to smoothly rp and make rp videos even more immersing and strengthen the hoi4 community.
