Just did this as short on time for the gym this morning. I needed a good back and bicep workout.. and what I got with Tom's workout here was a truly excellent and hard workout. The 30 mins doing this, I felt more than 1 hr in the gym.. informative, and excellent workout. Tom definitely subscribed and on to some of the others next week. Great work, Tom 👏

Just did this and feeling it in the back and biceps. I like your simple but useful tips, like keeping dumbbells at an angle in the bent over row instead of straight.

Oh boiiii I'm definitely bringing out the sleeveless shirts today! That was a very nice pump. 😁 Also, thanks for making the shrug warning/alternative neutral. I know so many women who are convinced they'll turn into Arnold the second they pick up weights - I think you specifically said "the ladies" in one of your older videos (way older, one of the first ones I found). Nice to not have that reinforced by a trainer.
