I've seen more progress doing your videos than any other workout routine I've followed. Your calisthenics and mobility is especially good to level up my climbing. Thanks for doing what you do! Love from Canada

Did this after many weeks of the beginner. Love the step up. I did find the pike "easy" to do (full), after having done it so much in the beginner workout. Nice Workout. I'm alternating between this one and the Dumbell/calisthenics workout with added 15 mins legs workout.

I was planning on doing the beginner one for another week before transitioning to the intermediate one, but out of curiosity I check the movement in this one and the pistols one is brutalll. I tried to follow it but stuck at midway every time... I just simply can't get down with one leg :/

@@zinee6100 use a chair / bench / box and just do pistols half way for now. Or swap them out for deep Bodyweight squats

With these follow alongs you could stick with the intermediate if able to do it and perhaps mix some of the other videos from the Calisthenics playlist. I have an Calisthenics evolution plan E-Book for more step by step progressions on individual exercises. On my website linked in video description
