Game Freak should have done it this way to explain everything better, because we are all confused on who is the real Champion. In order to become the Champion of the Pokemon League. The Challenger who beats all of the Elite Four members must face the Creator in order to determine who is Champion of that certain Region. But as I have found in my official Pokemon Sun and Moon Walkthrough Book. It states this "the victor will be crowned Alola's very first Pokemon League Champion!" So basically this isn't a Battle with a Champion at all. But a battle to determine who is the real Champion

I dislike how Bruno doesn't stick to his type specialty- at least with Agatha or Lorelei, they had the excuse of there not being enough Ghost or Ice types to fill out a team. But Bruno?
