I have never liked that Katie is an absolute mean-girl. It was the same thing in earlier seasons when she convinced Lisa to fire James with See You Next Tuesday because Katie did not like the way he spoke to her. While Katie was right in that he should not fat-shame her, at the same time, she was being a complete bully to Lala and Scheanna and probably others I can't remember. Why is it okay for her to be a bully and always be on this weird power trip without ever being held accountable? Fast-forward to Season 11 and here she is continuing to be a bully and a hypocrite. From the way she presents herself, I think that she thinks she is very mature, but in reality, her actions are very "high-school".

So funny, literally came to say exactly this. I think during Scandoval, and even before it was easy for me to think he was a sycophant who was just kissing up to Tom for exposure on the show (for business, mainly, I assumed). I will say I was totally wrong. I think Kyle C is a LOYAL friend, who didn't drop Tom when almost everyone else did. Even Kyle's comments abt Ann, and the fact that he did his own detective work (😊) shows such an investment and genuine ride or die love for Tom. Tom is lucky to have you.

It’s a lesson women already know - men won’t fire people for performance, you can do everything right, but THE SECOND their egos are hurt? They will take it out on their employees. Like if you want to fire her fire her - and I’m glad you are honest about why - but really think about that - Ann wasn’t a bad assistant, you didn’t expect her to stay forever, we now know that she never wanted to do that at the house but because of what happened with Mya they moved it to that day, and instead of having an authentic conversation on camera or just owning up to your feelings being hurt? You fired her but didn’t bother to tell her, effed her unemployment, and put someone with almost no safety net in terms of their family - in a position where they could really lose everything. Like you have the power in that situation, Tom. It would have been so easy for you to just say “this isn’t cool and it hurts my feelings.
