A wonderful walk through of coffee / espresso related products that I had been interested in, snippets of Copenhagen (I'm 4th gen so maybe why I don't mind overcast skies) and your relevant questions to the reps. Milk frothing by Benji on the Costanza was incredible. With newer designs in grinders I'm waiting for something new in the espresso machine design that's not boxy and silver.

Yes, Benji did an awesome job, even more so when you consider oat milk and small paper cup. Very skillful indeed. 👍🏻 He also gave me a few good pointers to try myself. I really liked Copenhagen. The people were really enjoying the water and the weather. Good vibes. My favorite was biking all over. Reffen was also very cool. 😎 Cheers!

Thank You ! And here you are again, making a nice visit to the stands, in particular Eureka, where you're meeting up with someone you know... That said, at Eureka, the Mignon SD Pro was announced in the spring, then this summer, and now I hear that it's going to be in the autumn... I'm not sure I can wait any longer, because what is Eureka going to announce this autumn, another postponement?

Thanks for showing us the move!! Also it’s insane to me how eureka can just continue to ignore their customers. Nobody wants a hopper anymore and everyone wants zero retention and they also want a different dial bc the eureka dial is horrible. and eureka just continues to ignore that with their tiny dial, grind by weight, giant hoppers, terrible retention etc. it’s wild to me.
@TomsCoffeeCorner
@TomsCoffeeCorner 6 күн бұрын
Well, they've recently updated their dials on the new to be released Mignon line. The hoppers are huge on the Atom line, but I guess they're aimed at cafe settings. You can get a smaller one for home if you want to.

I really appreciate your videos. I want to buy a coffee grinder and was wondering what grinder I should buy. I want to combine it with a cheap DeLonghi dedica. I saw your video on the DF54 and it seems that it is the best value. Unfortunately I life in Germany. So the price would be 300€. Is this still a good value or should I get another grinder instead? I would like to use the grinder for espresso. But I also want to do other things with it like mokapot, pour over, french press etc. Greetings from Hannover

Hi there! I think at that price it's still a good deal. It can be adjusted for all those brew methods, and I like it's build quality and result in the cup. Your next best bet would be maybe to wait for the Mignon Zero 65, coming sometime later in the year. Cheers!

re; olympia mina. after moka pots and bellman combo moka pot/steamer an olympia cremina was my first real espresso machine. paid approx 350 usd new in the day. that was a fair realistic not cheap price. today the cremina is more of a cult machine and way overpriced. mina looks to be in the 1000usd range and there are several options that do the same thing at a % of the price.

Hey Tom, what was your overall impression of the Profitec Move? Any details on price? Also, how would you compare to Silvia Pro X?
@TomsCoffeeCorner
@TomsCoffeeCorner 7 күн бұрын
The Move is pretty sweet. The construction is a lot better than the Go in my opinion, and I like that you can adjust the pressure on the steam boiler. I’d say that it’s more refined than their previous offerings. The PF is a little weird with the silicon double spout. I think the price is going to be somewhere around €1800 or so. I have to be honest, I didn’t get a chance to play with the Sylvia Pro X yet.
