I read several times on reviews, that the Robot has serious issues with a mirror standing on the ground. Could you please make a video of that? It would help Dreame as well I think to improve their software if it really fails with this. Really Nice video's. Thank you!

Just one correction on your video. no, the detergent doesn't mix with the water and doesn't go into the food processor! This is a mistake. I asked Dreame directly and they explained that the detergent is just there to clean the mop pads. They said I could use a little alcohol or white vinegar mixed with water. That's all there is to it!

I initially ordered just released Ecovacs T30 S but I canceled my order and I ordered X40 ULTRA on 5/19 the last day of their promotion on the dreamtech website. My order total was $1519 including tax. Plus I got free 2 year warranty + free Accessory package (Tri-cut roller brush, 2 side brushes, 2 filters, 6 mop pads (3 pairs) and 2 dust bags.) I expected it to be shipped from Hong kong. But it was shipped from California US. So I will get it earlier than i expected! I wish there was White color option though.

On L20 you can put water on dock nor by the app - but by the button od dock itself- co cleaning dock is similar - but you don’r need to start app

Have you looked at how long the dreame l20 takes to clean your house and the x40 to clean your whole house. I feel like the l20 takes a lot longer than my other robots to do it

Is it possible to send either robot out to do vacuuming only, come back, empty dustbin and then mop? We have a lot of dog hair and if it vacuums and mops at the same time i dont think it will work?

Yes there’s a mop after vacuum mode. You need to set up a routine to use it. Make sure you to don’t use the vac/mop mode

Sorry but Dreame dont use solution in clear water, solution use only for mop cleaning, and roboter clean floors only with clean water , s8 maxV ultra give solution and mix it with water , I was x40 changes for roborock only for that reason and for more stock of home roborock make mach better job us X40 👍🏻😊 but video is great 😊

@BlazingNina Inside the station there is a small container that can be filled freely. This is where the cleaning agent supplied goes, which is always added when washing the mop. This ensures an even cleaner result. However, it is not added to the robot's water tank. Support from Dreame 👍🏻
