I'm new in your channel and I like how you put them to test. One thing I really appreciate is your realtime comments while it's working so we can see the whole process from starting to docking back again, and specially I like you leave the noise from the robot, so we can get an idea about how they sound while working (for some reason, many other channels remove it). But during this comparison, I saw that we didn't see the Narwal cleaning the carpet. It also would be nice to see if the brushes were clean or tangled after the hair cleaning (a major reason for me to renew my robot is brush detangling as I have a long hair dog and two long haired humans). Anyway, thank you very much for your videos, it helped me a lot to wait for the Qrevo Curv coming to Europe and not getting the Narwal (I didn't like how it cleaned at all, specially in the corner but also during mopping).

You are the robot vacuum champion along side vacuum wars channel. However, you go into a lot more details and review way more vacuums for different price point. Can you maybe revisit the older vacs from a year or two? As most still do a decent job at the reasonable price. Older flagship are typically on a deep discount and perform better than newer mid range vacuums. Older Flagships like dreame L20 ultra. I look forward to your new studio. Keep up the work.

Enjoy your Robo Vacuum and Mop product reviews. I feel customer service is valuable. How product problems are resolved is important. Can Just A Dad provide customer service experience. I like Dreame, but the customer service seems like it is not good or crap.

The Narwall use of a lot of water also means it’s using a lot of cleaning solution which means it costs more to operate.

Only on the bezinning because your floor is dirty. On first weeks he neede 1.5 container for each run. Now only 0,5 container for 80 m2

Which means it cleaning better, when you cleaning are you add just water or cleaning your mop after some m²? Thats the answer, and you can choose the mop be 75°, its not steam but way better

You should do old vs new comparisons. For example, compare the Eufy X10 to the Dreame L40. Older robovacs usually have a price drop and are more affordable. If they’re still competitive to new stuff this is valuable info for folks on a budget.

Mind blowing to me people consider the eufy x10 old it’s not even year old I think because went so many years without anything new people forget wasn’t long ago base stations was new greatest time ever mops just dragging around the floor 😂

I don't think the roboroc is there yet. The obstacle assistance is terrible. Running over cords. Pushing fake poop around. Is this something they can fix with an over the air update?

For comparison I would like 2 tries. 1 with the same settings: medium suction, 1 or 2 passes, medium wetness. That way it is equal. Then I would suggest testing their ai cleaning. How much square footage will they clean on all medium settings would be nice. I really enjoy the long videos.

For me, I think the object avoidance is a dealbreaker for roborock. Inhabea cat who occasionally vomits and i dont think i coukd trust roborock to consistently avoid it. The narwal seems way better, and seems to do a hetter job mopping and jot just smearing dirt all over the floor. I just hole rhey can do a bit more organized cleanings, I don't like that it missed that 1 dirty paw print.

The Narwall's random navigation caused it to miss that spot while mopping. The Roborock's uniform cleaning method is definitely better. I've learned that when it comes to robot vacuums Roborock is superior.

Based on my personal experience, I've owned several different brands, Roborock seems to be the top-tier robot floor cleaner, superior navigation, a simple app and amazing moping, plus everything else.

I’m torn between buying one of these. Maybe even the Dream L40. My entire 2500 sq ft house is tile (with grout), hardwood and a tiny amount of laminate in 2 bathrooms. The tile is in the high traffic areas ( kitchen, front hall and family den). I have the Narwhal S20. I love it especially for the price I paid. @JustADad would you recommend the Narwhal Freo Z for my needs? Mopping is what’s most important to me. I have a Dyson V15 for deep vacuuming bedroom and small area rugs by the doors and big dry messes. PS. I can get the Freo Z at Costco for $1100 with a bunch of extras (cleaner, bags, filters) and an awesome return policy.

@ Thanks so much for the advice. Seeing the Dreame X40 I was confused on what to purchase. Quiet Mopping is the most import feature for me. It takes 4 swiffer pads just for the kitchen and it’s still not really clean. I can change the water frequently if my floors are clean. I think I’ll try the Freo Z and maybe I’ll upgrade to the automatic water exchanger. Hopefully after a week or so it won’t be too bad. I love your videos.

I dont know why you dont use max temp and max pressure on Z, it will destroy roborock Because pressure + warm moppads have to be better

How loud is Qrevo Curv base during the mop cleaning? This would be the first combo robot vacuum for me (prev one I owned had removable pads that's machine washable) so I'm worried if it's loud as a washing machine (and I don't know how long the wash cycle is), since I plan to put the base in the hallway. Its not loud at all, however, if your hallway is not a hard floor no mopping robot will find it consistently. The curv is my favorite robot to date and I like how I can enable the camera and watch it clean in the 1st person from anywhere.

If I am buying a 1k+ cleaning Robot the customer service matters a lot in case I need to deal with this people, any one here with good/bad experience on that matter ? Also… Roborock keeps the military discount regardless Black Friday price. Over $100 in discount if the price is a bump for someone here. Narwal does not offer military discount in case you go with the Black Friday price (pick one discount or another). Just adding info here.

I'm sorry but that is TRASH TIER navigation by the Narwal. I'm frustrated because I was seriously excited about that vacuum because of the obstacle avoidance and the anti-tangle brush. I wanted to have this vacuum not only be able to clean underneath my desk and not mess with my cabling, but also be able to suck up the hair of my huge dog that sheds a lot without tangling the brush. But, seeing how terrible the navigation is and how it just straight up missed a part of your floor is a dealbreaker. Roborock it is, then....sorry Narwal.
