Hi Tom, quick question for you: In the “failure” part of the case structure, I noticed 2 small errors. When you go through a sequence, for some reason when you make a mistake, the string will end up telling you that the correct answer is the NEXT color in the sequence. For example, if given: red, blue, green yellow and you get blue wrong, it doesn’t say the color was supposed to be blue, it says it’s green instead. Using the same example sequence, another mistake is if you get the very last color in the sequence wrong, it doesn’t tell you the correct color is “yellow”, instead it says the correct color is “white”. This happens no matter what the last color is. If you don’t mind, could you please explain to me how we fix this?

Thanks for videos. At 28:24 Is it impossible to use "Search 1D Array" function with "T" attached to "element" terminal for determining which button in array was pressed? Keep making interesting labview tutorials.Very useful and informative.

Hi Arman, You're right, I could have used a Search 1D Array function and searched for True elements. Maybe that would have been a more straightforward solution!

Use Logarithm vi is a good idea. But I would use the Search 1D Array to locate the boolean position after Cluster to Array, it will be faster. Nice video! Tom.

What version of LabVIEW are you using? I am using LabVIEW 8.0 and i cannot make this project...

Ermmm probably 2015 or 16. How come you're using such an old version? If you're using LabVIEW professionally and have SSP I would suggest creating a VM and downloading LV20 for things like this. If however, you're using LV for hobby level stuff, download the 2020 community edition of LabVIEW
