I find it better to use a Computer rather than Wi-Fi..My Map download and other improvements only took about 15 Minutes.

I have a tomtom go 620 and a lifetime speedcamera but since i have updated via wifi it doesnt show speedcamera without wifi conection. I want speed camera without wifi conection, can you help me what i have to do for this ?!

What a completely useless system. The sat nav informs me that 6 updates are available but the procedure does not work. Is this Tomtom's means to persuade me to buy a replacement? If so I will buy one from another manufacturer.

Hi there Susan, This video is for our most recent navigation devices that update over Wi-Fi, such as the GO Basic, GO Essential, GO Premium, GO 520/5200 and GO 620/6200. If the menu on your device looks different then you might have a device that updates with MyDrive Connect or TomTom HOME. Hi there, I can't be sure which model you have, but our Truck-focused devices use both special maps and do different route calculations taking the dimensions of your vehicle and type of cargo into account, and these functionalities are not compatible with regular car-focused devices. All the best,

Hi there, The Philippine coverage for our maps are included in the map of Southeast Asia (you can see details and coverage here: www.tomtom.com/en_gb/sat-nav/maps-services/shop/travel-map/south-east-asia/ ). If your device comes with that map, you can select it and install it as it is from the menu if you have a device that updates over Wi-Fi. All the best,

Doesn't work for me. The device never asks me for a wifi password, It just says 'connected'.

Hi there, If your device is connected but you are unable to update, you can try to reconnect to the network by making your device forget it and then set it up as new. If you select the network, then Modify and finally select Forget, you will be able to reconnect as for the first time again. Hope this helps,

@@TomTomSupportVideosOfficial I connected through the cable, Update got to about 20% then failed and wiped my map completely. Left me in Istanbul with no HGV maps. I used google maps on my mobile in the end
