As someone who has the whole set for Duck, I can honestly say that Duck himself is alright. The Details are great, but the Bufferbeam is too short, making the buffers way to small. But I'll give him this, he's very quiet and fast.

I swear, even as a kid, I wondered, Why does Tomy Duck come with Toad Scruffey while Oliver comes with two coaches? Should be the other way around

Tomy never released oliver in the US, and they didn’t want that to happen for Toad And Scruffy so they paired them with duck

My theory on why he was released with toad and scruffey is that they had no idea what to give him, so they gave him the closest thing. And when oliver was made, they used what they had left to use.

I think the actual reason was because Tomy didn’t release oliver in the US and if they pared Oliver with Scruffy and Toad then they wouldn’t be available in the US, so they gave Toad and Scruffy to Duck and generic Coach’s to Oliver
