For those who are critical of the "Derek" custom, idk if the diesel is actually supposed to be Derek. As far as a repainted Salty goes, just repainting a Salty isn't accurate to a BR Class 17. I don't know if this guy is experienced with the tools needed to do the cutting and gluing to make an accurate body shell from Salty or Dennis.

This was a good remake and all, but there are a few things I need to point out. 1. You could probably use a TOMY Salty to make Derek 2. You didn't need to feature Hiro in this remake since he wasn't on the Island of Sodor back then. 3. It'll be the 75th anniversary of Thomas next year 4. Please get Cave collapse set. 5. Continue to make more equestrian engines 6. "Have a good day!

Not a bad remake. But, Hiro doesn't have to be shoehorned towards this remake. Also, you should've used one of your engines or a Wooden Derek to start this remake. I don't mind the inclusion of a different diesel, but does this need to have a future episode??? plus, the 75th Anniversary of the franchise is heading close to 2020, in about four weeks or whenever the newest NY Toy Fair display sets up for February.
