Milk Soap Making Tutorial 🐮 Making silk textured milk soap with milk

Hello everyone who has visited the Shemare channel😍😍
In this video, I will show you how to properly make soap from milk.
Soap made from milk has a silky, creamy feel and is rich in nutrition.
In the video, I designed it in the shape of a cow, but if you feel it is difficult
Once traced with a blender, add flavor without adding anything.
You can just pour it and make it.
Please note that various ingredients other than protein in milk are weak against heat.
In particular, when caustic soda and milk meet, if the temperature rises above 30 degrees, a very bad smell is produced.
Protein denaturation takes place.
Heat generated by saponification by putting an ice pack in a refrigerator or ice box for more than two days after pouring it into a mold
You have to be very careful not to climb it.
If you spray one layer with alcohol before hardening the soap, it forms a thin film on the surface, making milk soap
It seems to be getting a little firmer.
It is a cumbersome process, but the result will be indescribable when you use it after 4 weeks ^^
I cut out the shape of a cow with a cutter, and the rest of the soap is used in other soaps and I will show you in the next video.

A mold sized to fit cow-shaped soap (if not, use a square sealed container or box)
A scale that can weigh up to 5 kg, a wide bowl of ice, a round pod (cloud)
Hand blender, spoon, spatula, ice box and cold pack (it is better to saponify it in the refrigerator)

셰마레 채널을 찾아주신 여러분 안녕하세요?😍 이번 영상은 우유로 제대로 비누 만드는 법을 알려드릴게요. 우유로 잘 만든 비누는 크림처럼 부드러운 실크 감촉이 나면서 영양도 풍부 하답니다. 영상에서는 젖소모양으로 디자인을 했지만 어렵다고 느껴 지시면 블렌더로 트레이스가 나면 향을 추가하여 아무것도 첨가하지 않고 그대로 부어서 만드시면 됩니다. 주의하실 점은 우유 속에 들어있는 여러가지 단백질 외 성분들이 열에 약합니다. 특히 가성소다와 우유가 만날 때 온도가 30도 이상 높아지면 아주 고약한 냄새가 나면서 갈색으로 단백질 변성이 일어나게 되죠. 몰드에 부은 후 이틀 이상 냉장고나 아이스박스속에 얼음 팩을 넣어 비누화가 되면서 발생하는 열도 올라가지 않도록 신경 써서 지켜봐 주어야 한답니다. 비누를 굳히기 전 알콜로 한겹 스프레이 해 주면 표면에 얇은 막을 형성해 주어 우유비누가 조금 더 단단해 지는것 같더라구요.(저의 방식이니 안뿌려도 상관 없답니다) 번거로운 과정이지만 결과물은 4주후 사용했을 때 기분은 말할 수 없이 좋을 거예요^^ 젖소 모양을 커터로 찍어내고 남은 비누들은 다른 모양 비누에 활용해서 다음 영상에 보여드릴게요 그럼 오늘도 재미있게 영상 보시고 언제나 행복하시길 바랍니다~~~💖 필요한 재료및 도구 도구 동그란 모양깍지(구름) 긴뾰족용기 1개, 젖소모양 커터 젖소모양 비누가 들어갈 수 있는 사이즈의 몰드(없으면 사각 밀폐용기나 상자활용) 5kg 까지 잴 수 있는 저울, 얼음이 담긴 넓은 보울, 동그란 모양깍지(구름) 핸드블렌더, 스푼, 주걱, 아이스박스와 보냉팩(냉장고에서 비누화 시키면 더 좋습니다) 재료 1차 우유비누 Shea Butter 110g Coconut Oil 코코넛 오일 192.5g Avocado Oil 아보카도 오일 137.5g Grapeseed Oil 포도씨 오일 110g 얼린 우유(우유 또는 산양유) 198g Milk Ice Cubes(Cow Milk or Goat Milk) 가성소다 Lye (NaOH) 77g 티타늄 디옥사이드_지용성분말 Titanium Dioxide 6g 대나무숯 분말 Charcoal Powder 5g 브릴리언트 레드 마이카 Brilliant Red Mica 조금 밀크&허니향 Milk & Honey Fragrance Oil 10ml 2차 우유비누 Shea Butter 110g Coconut Oil 코코넛 오일 192.5g Avocado Oil 아보카도 오일 137.5g Grapeseed Oil 포도씨 오일 110g 얼린 우유(우유 또는 산양유) 198g Milk Ice Cubes(Cow Milk or Goat Milk) 가성소다 Lye (NaOH) 77g 보리순(새싹)분말 Barley Grass Powder 5g 해초가루 Green Seaweed Powder 5g 소프트 블루 마이카 Soft Blue Mica 1g 티타늄 디옥사이드_지용성분말 Titanium Dioxide 6g 바닐라향 Vanilla Fragrance Oil 10ml

원재료에서 예쁜 무늬를 갖춘 비누가 되기까지, 마치 한 편의 예술영화를 보는 느낌이었어요. 수공예의 세계는 정말 무궁무진한 것 같아요. 1그람 혹은 0.5그람 단위로 계량하고 온도도 잘 맞춰야 한다는 점에서 수제비누 만드는 과정과 베이킹이 비슷하다는 생각도 드네요 ㅎㅎ

멋진 영상 항상 잘 보고 있습니다. 온도가높아져서 단백질 변성이 오면 냄새 이외에 비누 품질에도 악영향이 있을까요? 얼마전에 콜라겐 가루 넣어서 만든 비누가 만드는 과정에 요상한 냄새가 났거든요. 건조중에 거의날아가긴 했지만...사용해도 되는지 궁금합니다.

can you tell me more about fragrance oils? is it different from essential oils, right? (essential oils are expensive). I'm from another country, so, how should I look for the correct fragrance to be used in a cold process? Does the fragrance need to be formulated with some particular element, or can it not have something specific as a base?

차갑게해서 비누를 보온해도 되는건가요? 따뜻하게 보온하는법만 배웠는데 방법이 새롭네요!!! 산패방지를 위함 인가요?

비누화가 되면서 저절로 열이 발생을 하게 됩니다. 유단백 변성이 되는것은 열때문에 일어나는 현상이니 비누화가 되면서 열이 나는것을 바로바로 식혀주기 위해서 아이스팩을 넣거나 냉장보관을 하는것이랍니다. 이때 만약 냉동 보관을 했다면 비누화는 되지 못하고 이상한 비누로 변하게 되죠. 따뜻하게 열이 나는것을 보온이라는 과정을 통해 지속적으로 그 열을 유지해주면 젤화가 일어나면서 글리세린도 많이 형성이 되어 좋은 비누가 되는것이예요. 우유비누도 젤화를 형성하면서 비누를 만들고 싶지만 그렇게 되면 좋은성분이 모조리 파괴되어 우유로 비누를 만드는 의미가 없어지는거겠죠?😉
