Seriously stable and beautiful flight characteristics for such an oddball of a design. Reminds me of a cruise missile

I like your club! The tie fighter design with the cutouts in the leading solar panels is a good stability idea, i had to hang the battery way out the nose on a stick on mine to get the same effect.
Fabulous video in every way. Love the futuristic models and what a wonderful place to fly. I just fly Free flight scale and duration but have some Radio friends who I have forwarded this video to. Glad to have found this. Love from the UK

I am at the moment actually restoring a 60ies Rosenthal tB1 toy. I am 63 now and have been waiting to own it since my childhood. So dreams can still come true after a long time. More important even: One is never too old to retain a bit of the child one used to be.

That's wonderful to hear! Restoring a 60s Rosenthal TB1 toy sounds like a fantastic project. It's true, dreams can come true no matter how long it takes. And keeping a bit of the child within us is indeed very important. Best of luck with your restoration!
Love it, the people, planes and place looks fantastic. Thanks for sharing, from the USA.

Fantastic! I am a lifelong Thunderbirds fan. That Pteranodon is however also fascinating. Nowadays almost anything can be made to fly. Next project: A real flying brick! 😁

Thank you! We're delighted to hear from a fellow Thunderbirds fan. We're glad you liked the Pteranodon as well. A flying brick sounds like an exciting challenge! Stay tuned for more projects.
