Thanks so much! Very good conversation about a topic most people don't even consider

Super helpful. Some get dinged today for their "unchristian" tone of voice within the church. But interviews like this show truth, tone, and tongue can be fired like a missile, yet in love and grace. Amazing.

Tone policing is a practice often used to enforce certain hierarchies, whether related to race, ethnicity, gender, disability, or even a person's role at their job.

Most hierarchies are immutable like Gender hierarchies and at work, so they don’t need to be reinforced. People just need to learn to function well within them, subordinates and rulers
