I really like this style. It went by very fast and the moves were all beginner friendly. I am definitely feeling the burn and I will be sore tomorrow, but that just means I need to do it more often and with your videos, it will be easy to stay consistent. I just need to stay motivated to keep doing it everyday. I would love to see posture exercises. I think many of us really struggle with bad posture due to the screens pulling our heads and necks down. I have really poor neck posture and have developed a neck hump :( My core is so weak after having four c sections...My pelvis is always out of alignment and so are my ribs, neck, and shoulders. A video series dedicated to strengthening those core muscles as well as the shoulders and tight hamstrings would be extremely helpful. I have watched other creators but none of them keep my attention and motivation like you do. Thank you for all you do for your viewers, I have been watching you for about seven years now.

Loved how you did the arms, abs and legs in 3 separate sessions. Instead of lunges, I did step ups. I did this 5 minutes at a times throughout the morning. More like this please! ❤

Good morning Lucy 😊this was a really good workout and perhaps I learned for the first time today you don't need weights, the body is the safest weight. I've been told as I'm peri menopausal, I should be strength training. I've got weights and try to do this at least twice in the week.. But having done this work out especially the first 5mins really had my arms working hard 😅😅. The whole work out was excellent 👌👌 and you don't need weights to feel a burn! . I've injured my left calf but am recovering so this was perfect for me. My middle is getting bigger 😮so I'll be doing your menopausal belly exercises from tomorrow. I'm also keen to return to running, who thought I'd ever miss running but I have 😊.Thank you for being the one place to go to cover all our health needs. ❤🙏
